We have a third party universal queue implemented for chat and we set agent state and max sessions through the thrid party queue API. The function call always returns with success. But we found out that by looking at the chat supervisor real time report, the agent state and available sessions does not always display what is set. We are not sure whether this is issue with client side code or server side. Does anyone have experience with this and may provide some insight? This issue is affecting how proactive chat works and any input is appreciated. Thanks in advance!
